


Levy Te
Board Director

Levy Te is a second-generation Cambodian Vietnamese American from Lowell, Massachusetts, with a passion for advancing healthcare innovation and championing equity in STEM. She holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering & Biotechnology and began her career as a scientist in the biotech industry, where she worked on developing therapies to improve patient outcomes.
To bridge science and business, Levy earned her MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, with a focus on healthcare innovation and inclusive leadership.
Levy is a dedicated advocate for women and underrepresented voices in science and entrepreneurship. She holds leadership roles with Women in Bio, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and Girls into VC, where she mentors and uplifts the next generation of innovators. As a member of Angkor Dance Troupe’s Board of Directors, Levy is honored to contribute her expertise to support the preservation of Cambodian culture and the empowerment of youth through the arts.
