Paul Huot

Paul Huot is a first-generation Cambodian American and proud Lowell native. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, becoming the first engineer in his family. His professional career has spanned diverse industries—from designing air control systems for hospitals and research labs to developing electric motors for advanced U.S. Navy vessels.

Despite the technical nature of his work, Paul has always remained deeply rooted in his community. Driven by a strong desire to give back, he is passionate about mentoring young Cambodian Americans and helping them embrace their heritage while forging their own paths forward.

Serving on the Board of Directors of Angkor Dance Troupe is both an honor and a personal calling. Paul is committed to preserving and celebrating Cambodian culture, ensuring that Khmer arts, traditions, and stories continue to thrive for generations to come.
