Sophy Pich is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of experience in fundraising, grants management, marketing communications, broadcast production, and leading organizations. Born in Cambodia and raised in Massachusetts, Sophy returned to Cambodia, where he lived and worked for over 15 years, leading initiatives in both the private and non-profit sectors. He has worked with prominent organizations such as SEARAC, BBC Media Action, 17 Triggers, and Pointer Property.

As Development Manager at Angkor Dance Troupe, Sophy is dedicated to advancing ADT’s mission of preserving Cambodian performing arts. His deep connection to Cambodian culture, combined with his extensive experience in donor relations and project management, makes him a key asset to the team.

Sophy holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and brings a global perspective, having worked across Cambodia, Asia, and the U.S.
