Development Manager
Sophy Pich is a seasoned development professional with over two decades of experience in fundraising, grants management, marketing communications, and organizational leadership. Born in Cambodia and raised in Massachusetts, Sophy later returned to his homeland, where he spent more than 15 years leading projects across the nonprofit and private sectors. His work has spanned major organizations including SEARAC, BBC Media Action, 17 Triggers, and Pointer Property.
As Development Manager at Angkor Dance Troupe, Sophy is deeply committed to advancing ADT’s mission of preserving, teaching, and innovating Cambodian performing arts. His lifelong connection to Khmer culture, paired with his expertise in donor engagement and cross-sector collaboration, makes him a vital force in growing ADT’s reach and impact.
Sophy holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and brings a global perspective shaped by work across Cambodia, Asia, and the U.S. - bridging cultures, communities, and causes through strategic development and storytelling.
