Khana Desens
Junior Instructor
Kana Desens is a rising star with Angkor Dance Troupe and one of the youngest dancers of her generation to take part in high-level productions, including A Khmer Swan Lake. She began her journey into Khmer dance in 2017 at the age of eight, training alongside her younger sister under the mentorship of Neakru Channa Sath and Neakru Phousita Huy.
Nearly a decade later, Kana has stepped into the professional world of Khmer dance and now serves as a Junior Instructor with the Troupe, where she shares her training with the next generation of dancers. Her mission is simple and enduring: to spread awareness of Khmer culture, preserve the traditional arts, and continue dancing for as long as she possibly can.
