Emaly Horn has been an active community member in Lowell, MA through organizations such as Angkor Dance Troupe, Lowell Community Health Center Teen Programs, Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association, and more. She first joined Angkor Dance Troupe as a student dancer at 8 years old where her training developed her into a Principal Dancer for almost 20 years.

Emaly earned her Associate of Science in Business Administration from Middlesex Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Her passion for community arts has cultivated 10+ years of experience organizing and producing live performance events, as well as developing innovative marketing campaigns for events and brand strategy. Emaly's expertise will generate a more efficient user experience online for the community who utilize all of Angkor Dance Troupe's services.
